How it works
Match
Hit SING and we match you with a random stranger (or your favorite streamer), camera to camera.
Sing
3 rounds. You each get a random song and sing one line from memory. No lyrics, no backing track.
Win (or get roasted)
We score the melody, not your key. Highest total wins. The loser gets ROASTED, out loud.
Two ways to play. Classic: best singer wins. Worst Singer: the most gloriously awful singer wins, but you still have to really sing the song (no mumbling, no humming one note).
You hear your starting note before every turn. Don’t know your song? You get four skips per match. Run out and it’s TOO BAD, you’re singing it.
Made for streams
- Camera on by default. Your chat sees you and the stranger, side by side.
- The loser gets roasted by the announcer, with a sad trombone. The winner gets an airhorn.
- Throw stuff. Pelt the stranger with 🍅 tomatoes and 💀 skulls while they sing. They see it land.
- Streamer mode blurs the stranger’s camera until you reveal it and hides their username, so nothing surprises your stream.
- Win streaks. Chain wins and the streak shows next to your name.
- Nobody online? Fight the Ghost. You can hear it sing, and it talks trash.
- 3-minute matches and a leaderboard. Quick enough to run all stream long.

Do you record me?
No. Your camera and voice go straight to the stranger’s browser. Our server only matches you up and keeps the final scores.
How is singing scored?
We track the pitch of your voice and compare the shape of the melody, and whether you hit each note on time. Singing in a different key or octave is fine. There’s also a lyrics check: wrong or missing words cost a few points (at most 8 a round). Sing the chorus (the part everyone knows) for full points; any other part of the song still gets decent points. Coming in a beat early or late is forgiven.
How does the lyrics check hear me?
It uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition, only while it’s your turn to sing. In Chrome and Edge that recognition runs on Google’s or Microsoft’s servers. It’s part of the game, so it’s always on. In browsers without speech recognition (like Firefox) it just doesn’t run.
How do I battle my chat?
Hit Make a room on the home page and read the code out on stream. Viewers enter it and line up, and every time you hit SING you face the next one. Turn on Streamer mode too.
Can I add a song?
Yes. Log in, open Teach a song from your profile, and sing the most famous line. Once it’s approved, it’s in the game for everyone.
Do I need an account?
No. Accounts are optional. To make one you need a username, a password and an email. The email is only used to reset your password if you forget it.
Someone was gross. What do I do?
Hit Report. It skips them instantly and flags the match. Turn on Streamer mode if you’re live.
It says “Couldn’t connect”.
Some school, office and mobile networks block direct video calls. Try another network or Wi-Fi.
